Police have arrested a suspect in the quadruple murder of University of Idaho students Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen and Ethan Chapin, Xana Kernodle, according to arrest paperwork filed by Pennsylvania State Police in Monroe County Court.

28-year-old Bryan Christopher Kohberger was taken into custody at 3 a.m. on Friday, December 30, outside Scranton, Pennsylvania. Kohberger, who was a grad student at Washington State University Pullman, is being held for extradition in a “homicide investigation for first-degree murder.”
