In October 2022, Kim wished SojaBoy a happy birthday by posting via Instagram in his honor. “Happy Birthday Usman! I never thought life would lead me to you. Thank you for always being there and loving me for me. You have been there and supported me through my darkest times and happiest times,” she wrote. “I hope I have made you as happy as you have made me. No one may understand what we have but WE KNOW. I will love you for the rest of my life.”
While SojaBoy’s exact salary for appearing on the show hasn’t been confirmed, cast members typically make between $1,000 and $1,500 per episode.
In addition to starring on the TLC franchise and his music career, SojaBoy also makes a profit by recording videos for his fans on Cameo. Through the website, he charges $50 for a personalized video, $500 for business videos, $150 for live video calls and $5 for short messages.
In January 2022, the Nigeria native bragged about the income he makes from Cameo when he took to Instagram to share an alleged screenshot of what appeared to display the backend of the account. In the section titled “Your Wallet,” it seemingly stated that SojaBoy had earned $52,028,269.03 since making his account following his reality TV debut.
