Work it, girls! The Kardashian-Jenner women are known for their epic fashion looks, but they also have enviable bodies that they love to show off in stylish bikinis and swimsuits. 

It’s no secret that SKIMS founder Kim Kardashian works hard to achieve her famous curves as she often shows off her athlete-level workout routines. 

“We usually work out five days a week for about one hour, give or take,” Kim’s personal trainer, Melissa Alcantara, told Life & Style in May 2020, adding that a “typical” workout for the media mogul is “70 percent weights and 30 percent cardio.”

“Our days usually start at 6 a.m. She’s up and ready to go, even though it’s still dark out, which just shows she is not only serious about her health but her business, her family and her life,” Melissa gushed. “My favorite thing about working out together is ‘girl talk.’ Somehow, we get everything done!”

Kim’s hard work paid off as she was featured as one of four women to land on the cover of the 2022 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition. 

“We shot this back in January and it’s been so hard to keep this cover a secret,” she captioned her announcement via Instagram in May. “For the location we went back to one of my favorite places in the world, the Dominican Republic!” she continued, adding, “It’s such an honor and a dream to be on the cover of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition.”

Though Kim’s youngest sister, Kylie Jenner, fitness regimen isn’t quite as rigid as the SKKN founder’s, the Kylie Cosmetics mogul previously opened up about how she stays in shape. 

“30 minutes a day!! 12 incline, 3.2 speed and then jog at the end for as long as I can,” she shared via her Instagram Story in March 2021, over footage of herself on a treadmill, adding that the StairMaster is her “best friend” and “worst” enemy. 

While Kim, Kylie, Khloé Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian find time to keep up their physique between caring for their combined 11 children, sister Kendall Jenner – who doesn’t have children of her own – is often seen globetrotting to exotic locations and beaches. 

“I prefer to work out in the morning,” the supermodel told Harper’s Bazaar during a 2016 interview. “To stay toned, I do a lot of ab work with my trainer, Gunnar Peterson, and occasionally I’ll take a kickboxing class.”
