One of Danny Masterson’s rape accusers was hammered on the stand for apparent inconsistent statements she provided to police on Thursday.

The woman, using the name Jen B. in court, was emotional and visibly frustrated as defense attorney Philip Cohen questioned her about numerous police reports detailing the alleged April 2003 rape which she claimed occurred at the actor’s Hollywood Hills home.

During the third day of trial at Los Angeles Superior Court, Cohen asked Jen B. about one report written by an LAPD detective.

It stated how Masterson had allegedly apologized after he accidentally touched her anus with his penis while they were having sex – behavior which would hardly be characteristic of a violent rape.

Cohen provided Jen B. a copy of the report to read, but she said she could not remember talking to that specific investigator when reporting the rape in 2004, approximately a year after it had happened.

“Yes, I agree it’s in this report but I don’t remember what this person looked like,” Jen B. said of the detective in question.

Masterson, 46, is facing three counts of forcible rape of three women — Jen B., Christina B. and N. Trout— over incidents which took place between 2001 and 2003. If convicted of all the charges, the actor could face a maximum sentence of 45 years in prison.

Cohen also grilled Jen B. about a conversation she had with Masterson the day after the alleged April 2003 rape.

In another police report, Jen B. claimed when Masterson told her they had sex, her response was a surprised “What?”

Jen B. broke down and struggled to explain what she had meant.

“I wanted it not to be true,” she said. “I couldn’t believe it. I didn’t want to believe it.”

Cohen also asked Jen B. about two photos taken days after the alleged 2003 rape where she claimed Masterson had pinned back her wrists and choked her.

In the police report, Jen B. said she was “covered in bruises.”

She also told cops her “pain level was a 10/10” in her anus and she felt as if “someone had punched her in the vagina.”

The two photos presented to jurors on Thursday, however, showed a smiling bikini-clad Jen. B. with no visible bruises or scars.

“When did you become covered in bruises?” Cohen asked.

“I began to get covered in bruises everywhere Saturday and Sunday … enough for people to question them, and I changed certain things as a result,” Jen B. replied.

When asked if she was in severe pain and covered in bruises at the time the pictures were taken, Jen B. replied, “Yes.”

Cohen pressed her and asked, “Where is the shocking picture,” but Jen B. was told not to answer after the judge sustained the prosecution’s objection.

Jen B. also seemed confused when Cohen asked her a battery of questions about events that occurred after the alleged April 2003 rape incident, which she said involved Masterson pulling a gun on her as well as choking her.

Cohen described the scene the next morning when Jen B. went to leave Masterson’s home and encountered his friend, Luke Watson.

“Did you ever tell Luke you had been choked,” Cohen asked.

“No,” Jen B. said.

“Did you ever tell Luke that Masterson pulled a gun at you,” the attorney asked.

“Yes,” she replied.

“When you left the house, you don’t recall being choked,” Cohen said.

“No,” she said.

“Did you tell Luke Watson that a gun was pulled at you,” Cohen asked a second time.

“No,” Jen B. answered.

When asked if detectives told her not to speak to other alleged victims or potential witnesses, Jen B. said she actually was instructed by LAPD to record any conversations she had with members of the Church of Scientology.

However in an interview with cops in 2017, Jen B. said she was told not to speak to other alleged victims.

“I told [Christina B.] I couldn’t talk anymore and we both cried … I wished her good luck,” Jen B. said in tears.

Scientology has previously said it is “inappropriate to comment on a pending criminal matter” regarding the Masterson case.

Masterson has pleaded not guilty to all charges. He faces a prison sentence of 45 years to life if convicted.

Cohen will continue his cross-examination of Jen B. on Friday.
